Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
A type of cognitive-behavioral therapy designed for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It involves exposing individuals to situations that trigger anxiety while preventing their usual response (compulsions), helping them learn that their anxiety will decrease on its own.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
A combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, MBCT is designed to help individuals prevent relapse in depression and anxiety by fostering awareness of thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the present moment.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
A structured program that teaches mindfulness meditation and awareness to reduce stress and improve psychological well-being. It is often used to manage chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
