Jeffery Driscoll

M. Psy

Jeff holds a Master of Psychology degree from Adler Graduate School and is completing the supervised practice requirements toward registration as a Psychological Associate (Clinical – Adults & Adolescents) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. His training includes psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, trauma-informed somatic work, and cognitive-behavioural approaches.

Jeff has experience supporting adults and adolescents with anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, and emotional dysregulation. He is committed to offering a professional and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Simon Peter K Smith

MA, C. Psych.

Simon, a Guelph native, holds an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto, a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology, and a doctoral research diploma from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he focused on cognitive therapy for psychotic disorders.

Returning to Canada in 2012, he became Lead Clinician for Mental Health at Etobicoke Medical Centre and later founded Cogent, specializing in psychological services for men. Simon is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and is a member of several professional associations.

Laura Scollard

BA, MA (Candidate)

Laura holds a BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently completing the supervised work component of her Master’s degree from Yorkville University. She centres her practice on listening to each client’s unique experience and working collaboratively to develop tools for meaningful change.

Paula Zezza

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Paula brings over 15 years of experience to her practice with men, teens and couples. Her approach is rooted in postgraduate study in behavioural analysis and reaches across therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method for Couples. Paula is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She provides services in English and Portuguese.
